After serving 23 years in the United States Navy I moved back to Southeast Missouri, my home state.
I have always enjoyed doing crafts and making things with my hands. In April 2009 I threw a baby shower for my niece. The "Lady Bug" shower cake pictured above was the cake that started my love for cake decorating. I haven't stopped decorating cakes since.
I am a self taught cake artist. There isn't anything I won't try when it comes to cakes. I like to push the limit and do something different on every cake. Every cake is special because it is for someone different everytime. My biggest joy comes when my cake brings a smile to the face of the person it was made for.
